As CFO, Steve plays a critical role in supervising the financial operations of the management company and the funds, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance. Steve works closely with the managing partners, investment team, and external stakeholders to oversee all financial aspects of the firm’s operations.

Prior to joining the Tullis team in 2025, he worked as the chief financial officer of Corinthian Capital, LLC, a middle market private equity firm. At Corinthian, he was responsible for the firm’s accounting and reporting functions as well as cash management. He also directed the management company’s outsourced compliance program and served on the board of directors for Excelin Health Inc.

Steve holds degrees in Taxation (MS) and in Accounting (BS) from the University at Albany, State University of New York. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.
